A small group of couples, a beautiful destination, and days built around the work — movement, a holistic reset, and focused sessions, with time to rest and reconnect in between. From a two- or three-day getaway to a full week abroad.
Some of the deepest work happens when you can fully step away — out of your routine, off your phones, into a place beautiful enough to soften you both. You do the work alongside a small group of other couples, with time to rest and reconnect between sessions. Many couples leave with new skills and new friendships that carry on long after the trip home.
A regulated body learns; a depleted one can't. So we don't start with the hard conversations — we start by getting you both grounded, present, and open. Then we do the work.
We open the day with movement — a higher-intensity workout, a run, or yoga, whatever fits you as a couple. Moving together first isn't a warm-up; it settles the nervous system and makes everything that follows land deeper.
An optional sauna and cold plunge to reset the body and clear the mind before the work begins. Entirely your choice — some couples love it, some skip it.
Before the work begins, a fitness-focused breakfast to fuel the day — smoothies, eggs, and high-protein plates that keep you both clear-headed and present.
The heart of the morning. Together we map how the two of you actually work — and lay the foundation for something more secure.
We step out for high-quality local food — a chance to breathe, digest the morning, and enjoy each other before the afternoon.
In the afternoon we build on the morning and move from insight into practice, working live with what's really going on between you.
The best first step is a short, no-pressure conversation — reach out however's easiest and we'll tell you about the next retreat and whether it's a fit.
